Successfully developing multi-poles and sinusoidal magnetic fields in Hub wheel motor design, the new Brushless Hub wheel motors can greatly reduce the torque ripple in low RPM, and increase motor overload capacity.
Milpitas, CA - April 20, 2004 - With patented method in armature magnetic field design, the achieved sinusoidal magnetic field helps to concentrate magnetic fields and reduce the demagnetization under high ambient temperature. Up to 20 poles design further reduce the torque ripple in low RPM which is a major technical problem for Hub motors with tradition design. Our Brushless Hub wheel motors can be widely used in electrical mobility products while taking out the traditional transaxle in the driving system results in better performance and costs reduction. They can also be used in washing machine and medical analyzing equipments while complicated belt and wheel will not be needed. The power output of our Hub motors is ranged from 150W~18KW, and can be designed to fit OEM customers' specific requirements.
